Yes, we do have pocket listings!
First of all, what is a “pocket listing”?
A pocket listing is a property that is currently NOT officially listed on the multiple listing service. The reasons for this can vary:
- Seller wants privacy and desires to sell the property off the MLS
- property will be listed at a later date, but we are giving our clients the first opportunity to know more about this property
- Seller wants to expose the property to our client list first, before deciding to list it
Whatever the reasoning of the seller is, pocket listings present a great opportunity for buyers to get their hands on a property that may never get exposed to the general market. By submitting your contact information and possibly the type of property you are looking for, you open up yet another avenue to finding the property of your dreams.
