I started off in Resort Real Estate in beautiful Summit County Colorado as Secretary/Office Manager of the Summit Blvd. Re/Max office from 1992-1996. During my years in Summit County, I assisted in New Home Sales for Frisco Bay Townhome's and managed the Summit Blvd. office. In late 1996 I moved to Denver and obtained my Colorado Real Estate license in January of 1997.
I sold properties in the Greater Denver Metro area including Multi-Unit homes, Duplexes, Single Family Properties, and Condominiums. I specialized and I continue to specialize in REO and Bank Owned Properties in Colorado. I have worked with distressed homes since 1999.
In July of 2006, I decided to move west to San Diego. I quickly obtained my California RE license in January of 2007 and started to learn the ever fast changing California market.
I'm proud to affiliate myself with the Pacific Real Estate Center here in San Diego. I pride myself in Excellence in my Real Estate and Strive to be on top of every market trend.
